Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on:
•the supplier’s refund rules (airline/hotel/tour provider)
•whether services were already issued/ticketed
•whether your booking is refundable or non-refundable
Non-refundable bookings
Many discounted fares, ticketed flights, deposits, and promotional bookings may be non-refundable.
Cancellation fees
If you cancel a booking:
•supplier cancellation charges may apply
•Toskel Travels Ltd may apply a reasonable administration fee for time spent processing
Processing time
Once a refund is approved by the supplier:
•bank processing and supplier payment timelines may take several working days/weeks depending on provider.
Refund method
Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible.
Important note
If the supplier refuses a refund due to their terms, we cannot override that decision.
