Terms & Conditions (Toskel Travels Ltd)

These Terms apply when you use our website or purchase services from Toskel Travels Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide travel-related services including (but not limited to):
•Travel consultation and itinerary support
•Hotel booking support
•Flight booking support (where applicable)
•Holiday planning and travel arrangements
•Group travel coordination
•Event-related travel support
Some services may be provided directly by us, while others are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
2. Quotes and pricing
All quotes are subject to:
•availability at time of booking
•supplier price changes
•exchange rates (where applicable)
Prices are only guaranteed once confirmed in writing and payment is received (or deposit paid).
3. Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
•we issue a confirmation/invoice, and
•you make the required payment.
You must check all details (names, dates, destinations) immediately. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
•having valid passports/visas and correct travel documents
•meeting health requirements (vaccinations, entry rules)
•ensuring travellers arrive on time for flights/transport
•checking baggage allowances and restrictions
•holding suitable travel insurance (strongly recommended)
5. Payments
Payments must be made on time as stated on your invoice.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation by the supplier and loss of funds.
6. Changes and amendments
Changes after booking may:
•attract supplier amendment fees
•require fare differences
•incur an administration fee
We will always tell you any costs before processing changes.
7. Cancellations
If you cancel, cancellation charges will apply based on supplier rules and whether services were already secured.
Some bookings (especially flights and discounted hotels) may be non-refundable.
8. Refunds
Refunds depend on supplier refund policies. Where refunds are approved, processing can take time depending on supplier/payment provider timelines.
9. Complaints

10. Liability
We act as an agent/arranger for third-party suppliers unless clearly stated otherwise.
We are not liable for:
•supplier failures, delays, cancellations or strikes
•changes due to weather, government rules, or force majeure
•losses caused by customer document issues (passport/visa errors)
11. Force majeure
We are not responsible for disruption caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions, or supplier shutdowns.
12. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
